Running along the North Antrim coast from Portballintrae, you’ll pass the Giant’s Causeway, climb dramatic headlands, drop down to beaches and soak up some of the most iconic scenery in Ireland. Launched in 2010, it’s become a firm favourite for runners who want beauty and challenge in equal measure. The low elevation compared to the Mournes makes it more runnable, but the coastal winds, cliffs and technical paths keep it honest.
